The NEI is a hub for educators and counselors of all levels to engage in and benefit from professional learning, research, and social emotional cultural support for professional growth and ultimately student success.
The research is clear. The most influential in school variable for student success is teacher quality. We provide high quality professional learning experiences to support education professionals to grow their knowledge, skills, and mindsets.
The National Educators' Institute provides a centralised and safe environment for the Professional Learning and conversations of Bermuda’s public, private, and tertiary educators, counsellors, and mentors.
We create a collaborative culture of learning where education professionals have agency to share ideas, the tools to embed their learning into the workplace, and the skills to transfer learning from the workshop to the work space.
